This week I'm sending along some hump-day inspiration because Monday and Tuesday were crazy busy! Yesterday, I was invited to help host a Social Media Workshop for Small Businesses. It was a reminder of how much I love entrepreneurs. Even as one of the workshop leaders, I'm inspired to up-my-marketing-game and execute some of the many strategies I have outlined for Lu Curates and Lu Curates Media.
What's inspiring you this week?
In other and more fun news, I'm sure you've heard about Ryan Adams' new Taylor Swift cover album. I've been a Ryan Adams fan for years, and hearing Swift's songs re-imagined is so fun. It's the perfect, moody album for fall days. I especially love Out Of The Woods.
I recently stumbled across this article about the importance of working in an intentional, creative workspace. With that in mind, I've turned to Pinterest for a few simple styling ideas. I love the childlike expression and joy in these offices: Sarah VIckers, BODIE and FOU .
This New Yorker review of Nancy Myers' new movie The Intern was an especially interesting reflection on power and morality for women in the workplace. What did you think? Do you struggle to exercise your own authority?
I hope your week is going well!
xx,
Lu
